Registration for Science in the Summer is open from May 1 to 31 and is a lottery. Students entering grades 2 and 3 (Level 1) and grades 4, 5, and 6 (Level 2) are eligible. Parents or guardians must come to the library in person to register their children.

The library will be taking a break from regular weekly storytimes (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 10 AM) from May 6 to 31 in order to prepare for summer reading. Weekly storytimes will resume the week of June 3.

The library will be taking a break from Lego Club and Craft programming on Wednesdays and Fridays from May 20 to 31. Regular weekly programming will resume the week of June 3.
Children's Program:
Registration is open for the summer session of Tail Waggin' Tutors! Children in grades K to 5 are invited to sign up for a 10-minute time slot to read to a certified therapy dog. The program will be held on Wednesdays from 3:30 to 5 PM and Fridays from 10:30 AM to 12 PM. Dates are June 19 to 28 and July 24 to August 9. Call or visit the library to sign up.
